When growing up, the contradictions between what I was taught to believe and the behaviors I saw around me set me on a quest. The quest? To understand why my elders, and society at large, said one thing but did another. I’d overheard many adult conversations where what was being said didn’t reflect what they were teaching. Asking for clarity brought no satisfaction. Being told I was too young to understand only fueled my curiosity. As I aged, the answers remained empty, so I started seeking for myself.

I believe many people are full of questions, but the demands of life rarely allow time to read, and exhaustion can prevent the desire to delve into history. Instead of volumes small bits of information will be presented for readers to ponder. For me, the answers to my questions came slowly, developing over many years of study and comparison of the effect of worldviews, including past and current science.

In this blog, I intend to offer weekly posts that raise questions from various views or teaching for you to contemplate before accepting or discarding it. Most entries will be short, sometimes only a quote, but I fear some may get longer.
