Ever wonder why some people are born happy while others are born angry? An old theory, worthy of consideration, says our habits are easy to form but hard to change. According to this theory if we allow negativity to rattle around in our minds, we’ll soon be permanently angry. That condition doesn’t feel good. It;s easier to monitor our thoughts and consciously acknowledge the positive ones which will be reflected in our behaviour, and attitudes, making life feel richer while strengthening our relationships. It’s not always easy, but it can be done and the sooner we start, the better tomorrow will be. Yes, we can choose the direction of our thoughts if we try.
